On the Boards Update // MYD in progress

Heading into plan check soon, this contemporary Huntington Harbour residence is a complete renovation to an existing waterfront home and features an open floor plan with harbour and courtyard views.

Throughout the design, contemporary building systems, such as structural channel glass, are incorporated alongside natural materials and textures, including stone cladding and wood casework, to provide warmth and highlight the building's dynamic massing and exterior elevations.

At the entry, a stone feature wall transitions from the exterior to the interior, providing scale and movement to complement the clean finishes of the smooth stucco, metal and glass exterior material palette.
