First Look // For this new project in Laguna Beach, initial sketches explore opportunities and strategies to best take advantage of views, natural light and ocean breezes at a coastal site in Emerald Bay.

Preliminary diagrams and studies provide insight and guide the schematic design process and, through a series of iterations, will lead to a solution that most effectively meets the aesthetic, functional and programmatic needs of the project.
