Currently under construction in Laguna Niguel, this modernist addition and renovation incorporates custom design and contemporary materials for a timeless aesthetic that complements the mid-century architecture.

At the interior, natural finishes, such as wood, brick and terrazzo bring warmth, texture and movement into the light-filled spaces.

Variations in scale, material and proportion, from large format porcelain tile to linear mosaic patterns, add visual interest and balance and allow for an overall design concept that is both cohesive and contextual.
