First look // On the Boards in Laguna Niguel

Currently in the schematic design phase, this midcentury addition and renovation is located in a favorite nearby neighborhood, Niguel West.

Our redesign to this 1960s home seeks to increase functional square footage, while maximizing light and views in the context of the existing midcentury character and open floor plan.
