A custom orange pivot door marks the entry to a favorite project in Laguna Niguel, and with the next phase of construction well underway at the site, the interior spaces are beginning to take shape, and we're seeing progress at the exterior and entry courtyard.

With rough plumbing, electrical and framing finished, aluminum windows installed, and drywall going up this week, it won't be long before the interiors are nearing completion.

The new spaces will reflect a palette of contemporary finishes that complement the architectural language established at the exterior- smooth stucco, aluminum windows and wood siding and fascia details.  

In the coming weeks, the exterior will receive new smooth stucco, as well as cedar cladding at the existing soffits and fascias.
