On the Boards in Huntington Harbor

Here's a first look at a new residential project on the boards- a second level addition, along with a complete renovation, at the existing mid-century waterfront home originally designed by architect Richard Spencer.

Built in 1967, the original courtyard plan embodies the modernist aesthetic of its era, a quality our redesign will maintain and celebrate, while incorporating new program and enhanced function within the existing building footprint.
