Our redesign incorporates a new second level with master suite and secondary bedroom suite, along with a complete renovation at the existing first level.
The exterior design maintains a low profile and minimal planar massing, in line with the original modernist design by architect Richard Spencer.
The project will feature timeless materials and contemporary building systems while maintaining an open aesthetic that highlights the connection to the beautiful views beyond and maximizes visual and physical access to the oceanfront, just outside this beautiful Huntington Harbor, Admiralty Island site.
