These preliminary design renderings provide a look at the general concept for the re-imagined rear and side yards.
The concept for the small-scale space incorporates a new exterior kitchen and bar seating, as well as a dining space adjacent to a new deck and low lounge seating platform.

A custom concrete and steel firepit provides for additional seating opportunities, and serves as the frame for an integrated shade structure with a suspended cable sliding canopy system.
