The new open floor plan transforms the interior layout, locating the kitchen and family room at the rear, where several multi-slide door systems connect to the new pool and backyard and views of the golf course beyond.
At the front entry, a landscaped approach welcomes guests to the double-height space, where a floating oak stair leads to a new open loft upstairs, creating an additional space for casual gatherings.
