Project Preview: A new project on the boards and in design includes an addition and renovation to a North Laguna cottage; a preliminary floor plan and initial sketches show the reconfigured layout with expanded master suite, redesigned kitchen and wraparound deck.

Designed in conjunction with site improvements and exterior updates, the initial concept seeks to connect the interior living spaces to the new landscaping, outdoor gathering areas and garden at the exterior of the home.
