Construction progress is moving along quickly at the site of our addition and renovation in the hills of the Turtle Rock Crest community, here in Orange County.

The project encompasses over 1,000 square feet of additional living space at both upper and lower levels, along with new upper decks and increased outdoor living and gathering spaces below.

Downstairs, increased ceiling heights maximize access to views beyond, while enhancing the open feel of the spacious floor plan. The expanded space features a dramatic dining room with central fireplace, adjacent to a large kitchen that opens to a covered outdoor dining area and new living and family room spaces.
At the new front entry, a music room addition will have a sliding wall for increased spatial flexibility and functionality.
