Our proposal for a new residence in the hillside neighborhood of Arch Beach Heights was unanimously approved by the Laguna Beach Design Review Board last night, and we're looking forward to making progress on this contemporary and contextual residential design.

Our solution for the compact property utilizes a open floor plan to maximize visual access to ocean and sunset views, while expansive decks provide ample outdoor living space.

At the streetscape, the three-level home incorporates clean building geometry and simple volumes in order to minimize the potential development impact at one of the last vacant sites in the area, while the interior organization provides functional and flexible spaces at the three bedroom, three bath program.
