Located in Lantern Village, our addition to the two-story home introduces angles, a flat roof, and a material palette of wide-panel horizontal black siding, traditional board and batten, and plywood to the original two-story cottage design.

Work is focused primarily at the side and rear- the new square footage accommodates an additional bedroom, creates an expanded den and utility corridor with centrally-located laundry, storage and access from the driveway and sideyard.

Upstairs, a new contrasting bay window reflects the materiality and massing below, while adding increased space at the expanded master suite renovation.
