Virtual Visit: Residential Addition + Renovation in Irvine

This Irvine, California residential addition and renovation will be going into construction soon this year, with a complete redesign that adds approximately 1,000 square feet to the existing home, as well as new upper deck and outdoor living spaces.

With minimal changes to the exterior, the enlarged interior has been completely reimagined, with a new and open floor plan that leads guests from the extended entry towards the view of the city lights beyond. 

At the first floor, our redesign creates new open living and dining spaces featuring extensive glazing and a bifolding door system to enable direct access to the rear yard and views, as well as an expanded kitchen and family room, along with a multifunctional music room.
