With planting installed and hardscape completed, the reimagined exterior serves to activate the streetscape through color, texture and modern references in both the architecture and landscaping.

A material palette of smooth stucco, cedar and staggered concrete pads provides for design continuity, leading visitors through the open courtyard and to the main entry.

A consistent design language brings aesthetic cohension to the modern open plan home, enhancing the characteristics that make it ideal for this coastal location in south Orange County.
